Pandora

This intense programmatic work depicts the story of Pandora, who in Greek mythology was the first mortal woman. Various mutations of the middle age chant tune "Dies Irae" are used to great effect in conveying the myth of evil spirits being unleashed on the world. Dissonance and aleatoric techniques add excitement to this gripping and skillful composition, a master work that is a definite high-water mark for young band.
