Showdown at High Noon
- Composer
- Jack Wilds
This colorful young band work is a tribute to the iconic western soundtracks of the 1960's, and uses the stomping feet of all players along with a whip to give this cowboy romp an old-west feel. In this deftly written work, the melodic fun is spread around to all sections of the band. A single chime note rings out high noon at the end, a fitting way to conclude this nostalgic musical visit to the old west.
