Michael Vertoske

Originally from Elmira, New York, Michael Vertoske attended Ithaca College where he received Bachelor of Music Education and Master of Music degrees. His compositions have been performed at several prestigious venues, such as the Midwest International Band and Orchestra Clinic and the New York State Band Directors Association Symposium. His works for concert band appear on several state lists, and in the GIA publication, Teaching Music through Performance in Band. Michael Vertoske currently lives, teaches and composes in Western New York.
